Yoga asanas, one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, is a vehicle to achieving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Treehouse provides different types of yoga and different yoga packages that cater to our wide range of practitioners. Join a beginner or a multilevel class, sign up for a weekends-only or for a one-month unlimited package, or walk-in and join us when you can!
While we believe in the science that yoga asana, art projects, and other activities that require you to focus on one thing is meditation, we also have thematic meditation classes that are combined with yoga as well as special classes such as sound healing meditation, soul-mapping meditation, Japa Mala meditation, and chakra balancing meditation. All forms help us understand our own mind, our thoughts, our actions, and even our emotions. Here, we provide the space for silencing the mind so we can all achieve a mentally clear and calm state.
Did you know that creating art is another way to access a meditative state of mind and aids in healing our brain cells? Yes. Art therapy helps in healing a variety of ailments including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Art also allows us to reconnect to our true selves as opposed to our false sense of identity, and provides a feeling of flow and freedom.

Treehouse extends its services to your home, school, and office. We offer private yoga and meditation sessions, Reiki healing sessions, corporate wellness packages, school counseling, informational talks, one-on-one life and career mentoring, and many others, all of which are geared towards emotional and mental well-being.
