Treehouse Year-End Sound Bath 💚
Thank you for taking the time to join me, T. Jinky, and T. Jane in our closing meditation for the year. We appreciate all of you. 🙏🏼💚
Sharing our insight meditation for everyone to use whenever you feel appropriate:
Our yoga and meditation practice are not here to bypass our truth, but to fully accept the yin-yang nature of this world. When we accept this reality, it becomes possible to live wholeheartedly and free ourselves from suffering mentally and emotionally. We release the attachment to the idea that life has to be good all the time.
All of what is happening to us is a message: joy tells us to do more of something. Challenges and mistakes teach us lessons and push us to be better. Anger tells us there is something unfair that is happening to our lives. Sadness may mean you are grieving something and you need comfort and healing.
And our Free Will allows us to choose what perspective to take.
Use these questions as a guide for looking at life holistically. Write freely, without judgment, and use this technique as frequently as you would like.
Moments of Joy: What moments brought you deep joy, love, meaning?
Gifts of Sorrow: What were the most challenging moments?
What messages from your Higher Self do you think they are communicating to you?
