Mobilizing the spine and energizing our sides during today's practice.
My favorite comments: It was so hard!😂
Not cause the sequence was structured to be hard in itself, but it means muscle groups were isolated and working as the sequence intended. Muscles can only be isolated when the skeleton stacks properly. So they fact people found it hard meant they were in safe alignment. Yay!!!!
Another favorite: I like the sequence it was dancey
Although I always have muscular or anatomic goals for my sequencing, I also like making sequences fun, or graceful or both. Sometimes just moving the body, regardless of whatever anatomical stuff is going on, just feels good. It feels freeing. And this is one aspect of the practice that I love!
Keep the comments and feed back coming. I love to hear different takes on my sequences. They really help me to grow as a teacher.
Thank you yogis!
