
How does the mind react to change? Perhaps instead of instinctively reacting to it with confusion or resistance, you can simply accept it as it is. After all, the only thing constant in this world is change. Applying the lessons from the “change” in orientation and sequencing flow of the yin and yang part of the practice — to life off the mat.
