Class Description
A slow, deeply supportive practice designed to help the body rest, the nervous system settle, and the mind soften. It uses props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps to fully support the body in gentle poses that are held for longer periods of time. Rather than focusing on stretching deeply or building strength, restorative yoga invites ease, stillness, and recovery. It can help reduce stress, support better sleep, calm mental fatigue, and create space for quiet awareness. Especially helpful for those feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, overstimulated, or simply in need of a more nurturing practice.
