15H Trauma-Informed Teaching and Safe Spaces
15-Hour Trauma-Informed Teaching is a course for yoga teachers with at least 100H of formal Yoga Teacher Training who believe that how we teach is just as important as what we teach. Designed to help you create more inclusive, compassionate, and empowering spaces, this training offers a grounded introduction to trauma-informed principles and practices.
Learn the foundations of trauma awareness, nervous system regulation, and the subtle art of holding space with sensitivity and care. Explore practical tools for language, choice-making, and class design that support safety, agency, and connection.
Whether you’re teaching group classes, one-on-ones, or community offerings, this course will deepen your ability to meet students where they are — with presence, respect, and steadiness. This program anchors itself on the principle that, as yoga teachers, healing isn’t something we deliver — it’s something we make room for.
