Creative Lab: Hangout Day

Class Description

September theme: Creative Relay — Creating Art with the Community A free community art gathering where we create something together—one piece, many hands. Start with your own sheet of paper and add the first marks, shapes, colors, words, or images. After a few minutes, pass your piece to the next person, who will add something of their own before passing it along again. At the end of the session, your original piece makes its way back to you—transformed by everyone who held it along the way. There are no art lessons, no pressure, and no need to be "good at art." Bring your curiosity, experiment with different materials, respond to what others have created, and practice letting go of how you think your piece should turn out. Advance registration required.
