A class that combines the deliberate, meditative approach of Hatha yoga with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. The class typically starts with a grounding meditation and some basic breathwork to center the mind and body. It progresses through a series of Hatha poses, focusing on alignment and holding each pose to build strength and flexibility.
