Rebranded to Movement and Meditation: A slow, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to prepare you for deep stillness. Through mindful movement, long-held stretches, and breath-centered transitions, this practice prepares you for a 20-minute guided seated (or lying down) meditation towards the end to help you ground, restore, and reconnect. Perfect for beginners in yoga or meditation, or anyone craving a meditative space to slow down and tune in.

By booking this class, you automatically agree that reservation, cancellation, and rescheduling this class is 2 hours before its schedule and that you agree to the No Show Penalty (i.e. failure to attend a booked in-person class) of Php 300 even when the class is listed as FREE.
