An slower approach to yoga, much like a slower-paced Vinyasa practice. This aims to build muscle endurance through short holds and isolated movements. Great for muscle conditioning and working on your stability, balance, and strength, while also enhancing your mindfulness skills. The slower tempo encourages introspection and a meditative approach, helping practitioners connect with their inner experience.

You may reserve, cancel, or reschedule this class up to 2 hours before its schedule. No show penalty (i.e. failure to attend a booked in-person class) is Php 300.
