Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after a long break, or simply wanting to refine your basics, this class helps you build confidence, strength, and awareness—so you can move with more ease in any Vinyasa class.

  • Mat Pilates

    A blend of classical and contemporary mat Pilates designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class integrates powerful breathing and core-strengthening exercises as taught by Joseph Pilates and his various student-teachers. Props may be used and the room will be airconditioned. Grip socks not required, but may be helpful depending on the sequence for the day.

    Rocket 1 blends familiar sun salutations, standing poses, and seated shapes with opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions. You’ll be guided through a structured yet playful flow that builds heat, strength, and stamina while leaving room for personal expression. Expect clear options for every level: take flight, stay grounded, or try something new when you’re ready. In this class, we create a space where you can challenge yourself without pressure, grow your confidence, and enjoy the lightness that comes from moving with breath and community. Perfect for students who love energetic movement, mindful intensity, and the joy of discovering what their bodies can do.

  • Basic Ashtanga

    This traditional, flowing practice focuses on breath, alignment, and strength. Modifications are provided in this Ashtanga practice. This type of yoga aims to become a form of movement meditation, since the poses are the same for every session. The more you practice the set sequences, the more you unlock its meditative aspect.

  • Ladder Flow

    A dynamic, rhythmic vinyasa practice where we build a sequence one movement at a time—like climbing a ladder, each new rung added with breath, presence, and flow. We begin with a simple foundation, repeating it until it feels familiar in your body. Then, layer by layer, we add new poses, gradually expanding the sequence into a full, embodied flow. The repetition invites a meditative quality: as the mind relaxes into the pattern, the body finds deeper ease, confidence, and expression. Expect creative transitions, spacious cues, and an encouraging pace that honors both challenge and softness.

  • Sound Bath and Meditation

    In this practice, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and introspection using a thematic meditation prompt and the sounds of crystal bowls. Allow the experience to gently support your release of any residual tension, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. No prior experience is necessary—come as you are, ready to unwind, connect, and embrace the practice of mindfulness meditation.

  • Ashtanga Primary Series

    The Ashtanga Primary Series is a dynamic, structured practice that combines breath, movement, and gaze to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This class follows a set sequence of postures, beginning with Sun Salutations, progressing through standing and seated poses, and concluding with backbends and calming inversions. Suitable for all levels, and modified to fit 75 minutes.
