- Evening Vinyasa Flow
A style of yoga with varying and flowy sequences for every class. Focuses on strengthening, alignment, and unlocking poses in the safest, most prepared way. Emphasis is placed on the transition of poses, the engagement of the correct muscle groups, and the variations/adjustments specific to your body.
- Embodied Asana
A Hatha/Vinyasa-based movement practice that emphasizes the deep connection between mind, body, and movement. Poses are approached with a focus on internal sensation rather than external form, encouraging students to explore their unique expressions and experiences within each posture. Movement is slow and intentional, allowing time to feel and adjust, promoting a heightened sense of embodiment. This practice often incorporates elements of somatic awareness, guiding practitioners to listen to their bodies and honor their limits.
- Yin Yang Flow
A fusion of hatha, vinyasa, and yin styles of yoga aimed towards restoring balance in the physical and subtle energies of the body. This class explores mindful movements and meditative flows which work on strengthening, flexibility, and joint mobility, combined with slower and longer-held poses for soothing the body, mind, and spirit.

- Slow Flow
An slower approach to yoga, much like a slower-paced Vinyasa practice. This aims to build muscle endurance through short holds and isolated movements. Great for muscle conditioning and working on your stability, balance, and strength, while also enhancing your mindfulness skills. The slower tempo encourages introspection and a meditative approach, helping practitioners connect with their inner experience.
- Yin and Sound
Looking to microdose sound healing / sound bath meditation? Here's your chance to do it every week. Give your body the stretch it’s been asking for and your mind the pause it deserves. We’ll move through a gentle Yin sequence to release tightness and create space, then end with a relaxing sound bath to help you recenter. Expect soft lighting, slow breaths, and a soothing reset for your whole system.
- Evening Restorative Flow
A class with slow, mindful movement and restorative postures to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a state of ease. The practice begins with gentle, low-effort flow to release stiffness, then gradually settles into longer, supported holds that invite deep relaxation. Breath awareness and intentional pacing encourage the nervous system to downshift, leaving you grounded, calm, and nourished. A perfect evening practice for those seeking softness rather than intensity.
- Functional Fitness Fundamentals
An introduction to the foundational movements that support strength, mobility, and everyday ease. We move slowly and intentionally, focusing on alignment and safety. Perfect for those who want to make their way slowly into Pilates and gym workouts.
